More than 5,000 visitors are expected to come through the doors of a major two-day conference and trade show starting today.

The 2009 Energy Conference and Business Trade Show (view the agenda here – PDF) opens today at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort with around 50 vendors offering their wares to visitors.

Today sees the conference organized by a partnership of Bahamas Hotel Association, the Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Embassy aimed at discussing energy solutions for businesses.
