Nassau-based Steiner Leisure Limited has announced that it has completed the $100 million acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Bliss World Holdings, Inc.

The company announced back in November that it had entered into an agreement with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide to purchase Bliss, a spa and skin care company with free-standing and hotel spa locations, offering services and products under the “Bliss” and “Remede” brands.

NEW YORK CITY-Claiming that the two companies conspired to inflate values with the idea of eventually taking over the properties, investors in four high-end resorts in the US and the Bahamas have filed a class-action suit against Credit Suisse and Cushman & Wakefield, according to published reports.
