The National Culinary Team has trained diligently for nearly two months preparing for the Taste of the Caribbean competition later this month in Miami
On Tuesday, June 12th at 7:30 p.m. they will showcase their skills at a gala dinner at Fathoms Restaurant at Atlantis (located on the pool deck under the Royal Towers – enter Royal Towers and walk thru the Dig to reach restaurant)
The evening includes a six course dinner (menu below), which creatively infuses Bahamian with International food pairings and flavor
Enjoy wine, tastings of the bartender competitor’s three signature drinks (one non-alcoholic) for the competition, great music and company, and a lovely
setting back-dropped against the Atlantis aquarium
Help us show our appreciation for the development of the culinary arts and motivate our young culinarians by joining us next week.
