At 5:00 PM Edt The Center Of The Remnants Of Tropical Storm Emily Was Located Near Latitude 19.0 Degrees North And Longitude 75.0 Degrees West Or About100 Miles South-Southwest Of The Eastern Tip Of Cuba.
 
The Remnants Of Emily Is Moving Toward The Northwest Near 16 Miles Per Hour.
 
Maximum Sustained Winds Are About 35 Miles Per Hour.
