Caribbean Small Hotels Retreat

Caribbean Small Hotels Retreat is developed by small hoteliers for small hoteliers. Focus is placed on marketing skills, technology, and human resource development through seminars and round table discussions. This event is hosted by the Bahamas Culinary Association (BCA) and the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The Bahamas Culinary Classics promotes indigenous food products and local cooking technique while showcasing the creativity of Bahamian chefs. This year chefs and teams from major hotels and restaurants in New Providence, Grand Bahama and the Family Islands will be vying for success.
